Employer branding and internal communication

An employer brand that keeps its promises

What you promise candidates, your teams check every day. We build the approach with them, and that is what makes the result credible, inside and outside.

A mandate story

Getting a new team recognised without imposing governance

Situation
In a renowned manufacture, a cross-functional performance support team has just been created and must make its services known to departments.
Roadblock
Imposed communication governance would have put off teams already overloaded with information.
Breakthrough
A focus group with its internal clients, then an internal marketing plan that starts with the team itself: collaborative space, a launch video as a pilot, a co-built charter.
Result
Ongoing mission. The team demonstrates its expertise by example, and departments come to it.

Your challenge, our answer

What we hear most often

“Processes are anything but smooth. Too many channels, no clarity in the tools.”The sponsor first applies to itself what it wants to offer others.
“Teams are drowning in messages.”Together with them, we map who needs to know what, why, when and through which channel.
“Once the honeymoon is over, new hires no longer recognise the company they chose.”We align the recruitment promise with what your teams experience.

How it works

Four steps, built with your teams

  1. Scoping and governance

Objectives, timing, quick wins, stakeholders, project governance.

  2. Focus groups and participatory diagnosis

Representative internal clients around the same table, to bring out real rather than assumed needs.

  3. Co-built roadmap

Targets, intentions, channels, rituals. A pilot chosen to demonstrate by example.

  4. Pilot and roll-out

The pilot is run with the client team and the necessary materials are created: brand guidelines, infographics, animated videos, interviews, newsletters. Analysing the results lets us adjust, then expand.

Three levers that work together

A credible employer brand rests on three levers

Collaborativework Recruitment Internalcommunication Employerbrand

Recruitment makes a promise to candidates.

Internal communication shapes what your teams experience every day, and therefore what they say outside.

Collaborative work decides how choices are made: with the teams, or above them.

Our principle

Intentional communication

Every message has a chosen sender, recipient, intention and channel. We communicate less, but every message serves a purpose: informing, prompting action or connecting teams that ignore each other.

Tailored support

Defined with you, project by project

Each engagement is priced to measure, based on your context and the priorities defined together. The price is known before we start and is never indexed to salaries.

This may not be for you if…

  • You are looking for purely operational support, with no strategic foundation.
  • Your teams cannot be involved in a co-design approach.

In those cases, we will tell you at our first conversation, and point you elsewhere if we can.
